Polyurethane prepolymers

The IMUTHANE product line consists of conventional and low free monomer (LF) polyurethane prepolymers, curatives, systems, and intermediates for the production of hot cast elastomers, coatings, adhesives, and sealants. These systems are used by manufacturers of high performance products, including wheels, vibration dampers, industrial consumables, electronics, golf balls, reactive hot melt adhesives, and coatings.

Hardness and potlife values for TDI products were achieved with MOCA as the curative, while all values for MDI and pPDI products were achieved using BDO as the curative.
