“Emerging macro-trends like population growth and sustainability represent major challenges that drive COIM to constantly invest in research and development to expand its range of technologies and innovations. Recent acquisitions mean that the company has been able to expand and explore a new portfolio of solutions associated with acrylic resin chemistry in the Hot Melt reactive PUs and new WB coatings”, says Luca Gianzini, COIM’s Marketing and M&A Manager.
Incorporating sustainability goals is a fundamental pillar of COIM’s business. The company is uncompromisingly committed to supporting a circular economy and sustainability process, with a focus on:
- Regulatory Compliance: conforming to global safety and environmental regulations.
- Reducing greenhouse gas emissions: ambitious targets to bring down CO2 emissions.
- Innovations for a sustainable future: developing solutions that improve the carbon footprint of packaging.
- Inclusion and people-centered policies.
“By means of continuous innovation and our ongoing commitment to sustainability, COIM’s goal is to act as a dependable partner for Flexible Packaging companies seeking competitive, high-quality solutions without compromising on sustainable growth,” concludes Alessandro Passerini, General Manager EMEA at COIM.
