Price Increase Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Effective on all shipments on or after May 1st, 2026, or as contracts allow, COIM USA, Inc. is increasing the selling prices of its Diexter polyester polyols used in CASE and TPU applications by $0.12/lb.

This increase is needed to offset increases in the cost of raw materials.
