Price Increase Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Effective on all shipments on or after June 15th, 2026, or as contracts allow, COIM USA, Inc. is increasing the selling prices of its Diexter-G Polyester Polyols, HS-Polyester Polyols, and Hydroexter Polyester Formulations used in CASE Applications by $0.15/lb.

This increase is needed to offset increases in the cost of raw materials.
