Price Increase Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to continuing cost increases for raw materials, COIM USA is announcing a price increase on its Imuthane & Versathane® prepolymers and Imucure curatives. These increases are effective on all orders shipped on or after June 1st, 2026, or as contracts allow.

The price increases will be:

• Up to $0.20/lb. for PTMEG based prepolymers

• Up to $0.40/lb. for PPG based prepolymers

• Up to $0.15/lb. for Polyester and Polycaprolactone based prepolymers

• Up to $0.50/lb. for Imucure curatives
